Nougat & Panforte

Our Nougat & Panforte

Our unique Australian style uses ⅓ less sugar than manufactured nougat. This results in a very smooth texture. Nuts are double roasted to add extra crunch and release their oils to sweeten the nougat naturally. Our nougat is all natural with no preservatives or setting agents added.
